The syntax provided:

DrawRay("rayH" + CurrentBar, true, 1, Close[0]+((TickSize*0)*0),  0, Close[0]+((TickSize*0)*0), Color.Yellow, DashStyle.Dash, 2);

The matched help guide overload set:

DrawRay(string tag, bool autoScale, int anchor1BarsAgo, double anchor1Y, int anchor2BarsAgo, double anchor2Y, Color color, DashStyle dashStyle, int width)

It is easiest to count the commas, so Anchor1Y is the 4th overload, or 3 commas from the left:

DrawRay(string tag[B],[/B] bool autoScale[B],[/B] int anchor1BarsAgo[B],[/B] [B]double anchor1Y[/B]
DrawRay("rayH" + CurrentBar, true, 1, [B]Close[0]+((TickSize*0)*0)[/B],  0, Close[0]+((TickSize*0)*0), Color.Yellow, DashStyle.Dash, 2);

So in your code it would be:

Close[0]+((TickSize*0)*0)

and the Anchor2Y is:

 Close[0]+((TickSize*0)*0)
