ninjatrade miss tick count

hello, i just start to work with ninjatrader7, i have a live accont with fxcm and i connect NT to them.

when i lunch on NT a tick counter its miss alot ot ticks...
there is something i can do to make it get all the tick that fxcm provide?

Can you clarify what is occurring with the tick counter?

i launch an ninjatrader (with fxcm data) indicator to print me the tick count, and the some time i launch the mt4 from fxcm with the same indicator.

the resulte is that NT count 30-40%lass ticks compering the mt4 count, its seem that NT miss alot of ticks...
