Quickly Attaching Debugger

Anyone found any useful tools for quickly attaching the debugger? The "Attach to Process... and scroll through huge list" method is getting a bit frustrating.

I've tried a couple of the extensions in the Visual studio app store or whatever its called but they don't seem to work.
