NT 7 Archiving of old CS Ninjascript

Hello,
I've searched this forum and Help for archive information.

I don't want to see old indicators in the list when applying an indicator to a chart.

For starters, I only want to see the system cs files with "@".

I don't want to move or delete them individually - I want to move them "en masse" to an archive folder for future reference but without them appearing in the indicator list.

if I move them out of NinjaTrader7>bin>Custom>Indicator, where can they be placed for future reference so as not to appear in the list of indicators?

Hello zeller4,

Any file without the @ symbol can be moved from the Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Indicator or \Strategy folder with the exception of UserDefinedMethods.cs (in both folders).

You can move these anywhere outside of the Documents\NinjaTrader 7\ folder you would like.

I would suggest adding to a zip file and putting that in your Documents folder.


After removing the files, open any system indicator and compile it.
