Continuum 200ms Delay

Could someone tell me why there is a 200ms delay in submitting stops and targets over continuum, as the below warning says?

There will be an approximated 200ms delay between submission of strategy based stop and target orders.

so if im not using ocos then I wont have this delay, i.e. if I'm using unmanaged orders?

Hello,

unmanaged and managed really would not have anything to do with this, instead this would be Native OCO vs Simulated OCO.

You would need to change from Native OCO to Local OCO simulation in the connection options. You can do this by doing the following:

Click Tools -> Account Connections
Select the Continuum account and click Change
Click next until you see the Username and Password page, look for the checkbox "Local OCO Simulation".

This would remove the delay as it no longer requires the Native OCO.
