I would like to disable the default NT mouse action when a key is pressed. More specifically, if the <ctrl> (or <alt> or <shift> or a combination) is pressed, and the left, center or right mouse is clicked, I would like to prevent NT from completing its default action.
From C#, I know how to intercept / detect keyboard presses and mouse move/press.
The question is: When the user holds down the shift key and presses the right mouse button while on a chart, what can I do to prevent the drawing menu from popping up? [If the shift key is NOT held down when the right mouse is pressed, I want the default action to occur.]
