NT tells me i have active order

    NT tells me i have active order

    How come it would tell me i have active orders when i disconnect from my connection? my broker tells me i dont have any. It tells me the same thing on sim.

    I am using AMP futures live also im using kinetick sim and it tells me the same thing.

    I am using the managed order approach.

    Hello elitetradernyc,

    Just to be sure, there is not an open trade for a connection that is no longer connected is there?

    Also, the Positions tab when connected is clear?

    You may need to reset the Sim101 if the stuck order is a Sim101 order, or reset the entire database if the stuck order is a live order.

    To reset the Sim101:
    Click Tools -> Options... -> select the Simulator tab -> and click Reset button -> click OK

    To reset the entire database (this will create a backup of it first):
    Click Tools -> Options.... -> select the Data tab -> click the Reset DB button -> click OK


    After restarting, if this does not correct the issue, this may indicate the database itself is corrupted and must be recreated. Let me know and I will provide further instruction for this.
