Thanks Bertran, by the way, if I have entered an order then in the next two bars for example there is another signal for entry. Can I enter again an order without exiting the pending order?

You're welcome, you can enter an order again then, but the still working one could be filled of course as well depending on where it's placed, so you might end up with a non expected final position size in this case.

Is it also be applicable in AtmStrategyCreate method? I've used AtmStrategyCreate method with limit to the low[0]. How about the orderId and atmstrategyId? What will happen to them?

If there's a working order and ATM they would contain a value and if you were working alongside our 'SampleAtmStrategy' subsequent orders would be ignored, as it would demand for the order and atmStrategId to be in a reset state before allowing a new entry.

This would still only enter if both order and strategyId are in reset state (string length 0 == empty).
