    Candle Body Size

    Hello,

    I am trying to calculate the candle body size but I need the results to be absolute (with no negative numbers. I have tried to use the Math.Abs() function but I cant match the type.

    This is what I do to calculate body size, now in some cases when close>open I get negative numbers, is there any way to get all positives.

    myDataSeries.Set(Open[4] - Close[4]);
    myDataSeries.Set(Open[3] - Close[3]);
    myDataSeries.Set(Open[2] - Close[2]);
    myDataSeries.Set(Open[1] - Close[1]);
    myDataSeries.Set(Open[0] - Close[0]);

    Thanks

    Hello MillenniumTrader,

    Thank you for your patience.

    Pass the value through Math.Abs when setting the DataSeries. For example:
    Code:
    myDataSeries.Set(Math.Abs(Open[0]-Close[0]);
