CrossBelow using tick data

Hello,

I'm looking to initiate an entry when price reaches/breaks support. Can you please advise on what would be the best way to trigger an entry.

I'm currently using CrossBelow on Close[0] to trigger an entry.

Also, could you please give me more details on how the CrossBelow works with tick data? Say I am checking again the 2100 level on the ES, when would the CrossBelow return true, should the tick data go from 2100.25 to 2100 or from 2100 to 2099.75 or from 2100.25 to 2099.75?

Thank you for your post.

To cross below the value would need to be greater than and then less than the value compared against. CrossBelow() works the same for all data types.

Actually my tests are showing the following:
To cross below the value would need to be greater than or equal and then less than the value compared against.
