In the ninjascript help guide there is this note by a method....

"Programming to this method is considered advanced programing and exposed for experiened programmer."

Does this mean I need to somehow get my license permissioned to use this method?

Yeah- you can use those if you need to.

I've used onmarketdata and onpositionupdate.

Just be sure to read and understand the warnings and caveats and look at the reference samples to understand usage.

No, I think what does this mean is that when you used this kind of method be sure that you are well experienced with NinjaScript.
