    I have pointed you to the entire annotated, fully commented code, that does what you want. You merely have to change your initial trigger condition, which line I have specifically identified. Do you really prefer to reinvent the wheel?

      hi koganam,

      i have tried your script some days ago. well, it's drawing lines - yes.
      but: everywhere - the only positions were i can't find lines, is on the positions i expected them...

      guess i don't understand enough.

        Hi Trade

        May I point out that Koganam has said in his posts: "You want to change the definition of LongSetup to be what you want to start the line." and "You merely have to change your initial trigger condition, which line I have specifically identified."

        So his code needs to be suitably adapted and I'm sure it'ill work superbly.

        His coding is very advanced and I hope to learn a lot from it.

        I'll try to get back to you about my own very much more elementary script at the weekend.

          Which points the way forward, as that statement can only mean that you have not properly defined the condition(s) that must be satisfied to start drawing your line. What are those conditions?
