How can I draw lines behide the candlestick bars on charts? Thanks.

Unfortunately this is not supported.

Could you consider it as a feature emhancement in the future release? In eSignal, z-order is recently added based on user request. When there are multiple R/S lines drawn on candlestick charts, being able to display candlestick bars above lines is a very useful feature.

Look for the 'Candlestick Clear' indicator created by Gumphrie. If you add it after all of the other indicators the candlesticks will be drawn on top.
