NT 8 Question

Hi,

Does anyone know when NT 8 will officially be released? Framework 3.5 is getting way too restrictive. Also, it is my understanding that NT 8 will support Framework 4. Why not 4.5? Thanks.

No date for release yet.
And according to the features document (here) it will use 4.5.

NinjaTrader 8 has no release date nailed down as of yet, but there will certainly be an announcement when there is one. According to the NinjaTrader 8 Major Enhancements document, .NET 4.5 support is planned (see the ‘Performance Enhancements’ section).

No estimated release has been announced for NinjaTrader 8 or NinjaTrader 8 beta however development is working hard to get a beta out soon.

There have been no announcements about adding forex as an option of NinjaTrader Brokerage however it is being taken into consideration.

There was talk about the Forex brokerage when Mirus was acquired during the various webinars hosted by NinjaTrader (spring 2015 estimated date was mentioned). Looks like we all just keep waiting until NT is ready to start making announcements. Thanks.
