    Bars.GetDayBar

    Can you use Bars.GetDayBar(1).Close for multi-instrument? If so would you use BarsArray?

    Hello Delta007,

    Thank you for your post.

    You would need to check BarsInProgress before Bars.GetDayBar(), for example:
    Code:
    			if(BarsInProgress == 1 && Bars.GetDayBar(1) != null)
    			{
    				Print(BarsInProgress.ToString() + " " + Bars.GetDayBar(1).Close.ToString());
    			}
    			if(BarsInProgress == 0 && Bars.GetDayBar(1) != null)
    			{
    				Print(BarsInProgress.ToString() + " " + Bars.GetDayBar(1).Close.ToString());
    			}

      If I added a daily series...Add("SPY",PeriodType.Day,1); Would Closes[1][0] obtain the same result as Bars.GetDayBar(1).Close?

        Hello Delta007,

        Thank you for your response.

        You could use Closes[1][0] for the close of the secondary bar series. For information on using multiple instrument and time frames in your code please visit the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...nstruments.htm
