ES day contract

What is the symbol for ES day contract? I can only find ES continuous contract. Thanks.

I don't quite follow along with what you mean by Day Contract.

Are you referring to the front month, like 09-14?

I know in Tradestation they have ES.D for day session only, no overnight activity. The ES is for day and night continuous activity. Do you have a ticker for ES which only includes day activity? Thanks.

Thank you for the clarification.

We do not have that kind of symbol. What you would want to do instead is use the RTH session template to get the regular trading hours and not the extended hours.

You can view the session templates from the Session Manager... from Tools.

Additionally, you will change this in the chart from the Data Series... window by right clicking in the chart, select Data Series..., and change the Session Template properties from the right hand side.

You will need to alter the session of your data series and under session template select 'CME US Index futures RTH'
Your charts will only show data from 9:30 to 16:15 EST.
