Advance Decline ^ADD

I use CQG which does not support ^ADD. However, NT support tells me that there might be a way to program the difference between '^ADV' and the '^DECL' to show the 'Advance' and 'Decline' in NinjaTrader. The '^ADD' is the difference between the '^ADV' and the '^DECL'.
Has anyone done this?

Yes, I have created that indicator in the past. What is the primary period type you would use this indicator on? For example: 1 Minute.

Thank you for your response.

Attached is an indicator for the ADD that is based on the 3 Minute chart. You can import this by downloading it to your desktop and going to the NinjaTrader Control Center --> File --> Import NinjaScript --> select the file on your desktop --> Open.

I use CQG and applied this indicator but no plot and no errors in the Log listing of the Control Center. I applied it to a 3 min chart of the Russell 2000 (TF 12-14) futures.

Any ideas?

In my Control Center I don't see any ^ADV or ^DECL and so thus no data.
Where do I actually get those data feeds for ^ADV and ^DECL?
I looked in the Instrument Manager and don't see anything like those.

The index data was not checked so I added it but still no Advance/Decline data.
