    Ninja+Interactive Brokers unstable

    Good afternoon, it's going Ninja + Interactive brokers, 944.3 before upgrade everything ok, now all problems.

    * all are my few problems.

    Ninja trader is unstable, incredible, much probelmas not know where to begin.

    Orders are not sent from Interactive Brokers account strategies.

    My strategies do not send orders to Interactive brokers is happening?

    Please help.

    Hello optimuss,

    May I confirm that your IB account number is showing on the Accounts tab of the Control Center?

    May I also confirm that that account number is the exact same account number that is shown for that strategy in the Strategies tab of the Control Center?

    May I confirm that the strategies are labelled green in the Strategies tab of the Control Center?

    If you remove the strategy from the Strategies tab of the Control Center and then add the strategy back and select the IB account again, does this correct the issue?

      Hello, ok account number, account number is the same strategy, green strategies, everything is ok.


      If you add the new strategy as you point everything is correct, but it's too late for my strategy.

      What to do please fix for this.

        Just to confirm, if you add a new strategy it trades to your IB account correctly?

        If so, you may need to remove and then re-add the strategies.

          OK. Yesterday happen the same. I was change the strategies and today happening the same too.
          What I do now?

            Are you saying that yesterday the strategies traded to the IB Account OK and today they are trading to the IB Account OK?

              Hi, I have (to remove and re-add strategies yesterday). Today the orders don't send to account Interactive Brokers.

              You understand?

              The problem is the same. If strategies is vinculate to account interative brokers, the orders is not send to the market. What's wrong?

              If the same strategies is vinculate with Dorman (for example), i don't have problem with the orders, everything is ok.

                Hi optimuss,

                I think I am understanding. You have re-added the strategies yesterday while connected to Interactive Brokers and used your IB account. However, today, the strategies are unable to trade to the account.

                I would like to review your log and trace files to investigate this. These files do contain some personal information so I would like you to send me an email to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that I may gather your log and trace.
