Is there a way to know if the Buy Market button on the chart trader is being click?

Thank you for your post.
I am not sure of the exact code used for this as it would be unsupported and undocumented. I would assume you would need to look for the BtnClick Event as you would in C#, however, I do not know the exact code needed or how you would access this in your own indicator or strategy.
