How to add a button / control to all charts without adding a strategy or indicator?

1) How could I add a custom button/control to all NinjaTrader chart windows at once? I.e. without a manual creation of a strategy on a chart?

2) If such custom button is added, how to start a strategy on that chart? Or, how to get an access to all NinjaScript infrastructure, i.e. to be able to run a strategy?

Hi alex.nt, could unfortunately not give any pointers here, there's nothing supported in that area directly in our NinjaScript.

However, I also know that such / similar functionality is possible to implement. For example, a custom toolbar appears after the product installation.

So I hope our fellow forum users will shed some light on it.

You atleast need a indicator to do this. without a indicator, there is no programatic way to change the chart.

I believe there is a way to add a control to all NT charts (main menu, toolbar) without any indicator/strategy. Furthermore, there should be a way to run a custom strategy when such control is activated. Anyone could share ideas?
