Strategy Position vs Account Position

Someone help me in figuring out how to solve this problem. I have a strategy with stops and targets that will be manage by the indicator. The indicator uses the account to close/exit the positions of the strategy. If I use the Close button of the chart trader it will close the positions but also disables the strategy. So I switch to submitting a buy/sell market to exit the positions and it will work but the strategy still thinks that the position is still there.

Hi Edward, so from where are the exit orders then submitted that are not recognized, from the indicator correct?
