Documentation should admit that Visual Studio Express 2012 and later work with NT

Suggestion: update the documentation to say that Visual Studio Express is supported for debugging as of VS2012

As far as I know, the issue was that older versions could not attach to the process. Googling tells me there was a workaround, but I can understand not supporting that. Attaching to the process is supported in VS2012 and later, though, and it works fine now. It should be supported by NT and the documentation should say so.

A little more text about such things as all editing and compiling still needs to be done in NT, and that breakpoints need to be reset after an NT compilation would also be helpful.
