can't launch indicator

Hi,
we developed an indicator called BookMap, one of the users couldn't launch it.
attached is the error he receives.
"Failed to call method "initialize" for indicator "calculateValueArea". TickSize property can't be accessed from within 'Initialize' method"

Note that our indicator called BookMapindicator and not 'CalculateValueArea' so why does he gets the error for other indicator?

When we asked him to use other indicators, the same error apears but it worked ok.

can you please advise?

Thank you for your post.

The error is directly related to the CalculateValueArea indicator, this will not effect your strategy if it is not calling that indicator.

For the strategy, it appears to stay enabled for about a minute or so. Is the user disabling the strategy? What behavior is the user seeing from the strategy that indicates it is not working properly?

BookMapIndicator is an indicator, not a strategy. Nothing happens after the attempt to launch it. It simply doesn't launch.

Can you get a screenshot of the chart when they try to apply the BookMap to the chart?

What is the expected results that should be happening on the chart?
