sup dom orders

I realize many have asked this question, but I can't get anything to operate like your videos show they should.

All I want to do is place an order, market or limit, using the sup dom, then enter a target and stop manually, using the sup dom, no ATM strategy. All I've ever used is chart trader simply because I can't get the sup dom to work like I want it to. Placing the order is simple, but I can't place the stop. The videos say middle mouse wheel and cntl button--nothing happens when I do this. I've changed the properties to true re: mouse button and anything else I can think of, but nothing I do looks anything like what the videos show.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

I only have one mouse and it works fine. Is there a particular setting on the mouse I should look at?

Hello,

You need to check the WIndows Control Panel's Mouse menu for a property which tells Windows how to treat a scroll wheel click on the mouse. This must be set to a middle click in order for NinjaTrader to accept the command.
