Posting a Variable to outside url and back

How would I pass a the value of variable to a url when an event happen in a indicator that I am doing and then how can capture a return variable.

If var1 == 1 { post var1 to http://server}

and then

If Var2 == Null {Get Var2 from http://server}

nettony, would unfortunately not have any supported / recommended model here. I would suggest though to look into C# Webrequest class to get started in this area.
