Graph/DATA in a Separate FORM or WINDOW

I'm looking for a simple way to plot some information/sma/data/ask or bid in a serparate window or FORM like a superDOM and others indicator that open new window..

This would be outside of the scope of our supported methods / documentation, however it is completely possible. If you're familiar with WinForm development in C#/.NET it would be rather simple to you to implement.
