OnFundamentalData() update frequency

Hey everyone,

I've been doing some tests trying to figure out how often OnFundamentalData() gets called/updated and can't find a reliable answer.

As I know this data is provider specific

• does each provider send the data at the same times?
• does the provider send updates out in random intervals?
• will each stock send an update at the same times?
• specifically any information on IQFeed or Kinetick fundamental updates would be helpful

Does anyone know alternate sources for Shares outstanding or beta values?

There would be really no expected update time we would have for that method, it would guarantee you only get the update once provided. From our research into it could vary depending on exchange and / or provider, so don't expect a certain timing to it other than if there's an update you will get it through the event handler.
