Ray's video at Big Mike's indicated the current answer is .NET 4.0, but that .NET 4.5 might be supported by the time V8 is released.

Correct, support would be targeted for NET 4.5 and VS 2012.

Is VS 2012 still the version that will be used with NT 8 ? Or is it VS 2013 ?
