Price Format

I am sure there is a simple answer to this but here goes...

I use Interactive brokers and my price markers come up like so

1.3710 or 1.3710'5

How do I programmatically get my prices in indicators to do this?- all I can seem to get is

1.37100
1.37105

There is a whole 7 pages on this issue here but it doesn't seem to solve the issue??

You can also look at overriding the PriceMarker as well.
