I can get the DrawArrowUp/Down to work on an indicator, but it only marks the most recent occurrence. For back checking purposes I would like the arrows to show up on any time that the conditions were met in the past as well.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums!
You will need to add + CurrentBar to the string tag to have each arrow a unique name
DrawArrowUp("myString" + CurrentBar, ...
If you use the same tag name it will replace that draw objects instance.
