Hey guys I am currently running a forward test. Lets suppose that I have a disconnect from my Kinetick data server, and it reconnects automatically, is there a way to know if the strategy now is reconnected to the data server? Does it continue tracking open positions?

Hi Elitetradernyc,
Yes, you can check the Log tab for all relevant information on disconnections and if the strategy is still running or disabled.
Example -
If you get disconnected and the strategy is set to keep running, note that it will not process anything since there is no data to process OnBarUpdate(). When you get reconnected any, filled orders or signals will be submitted from the broker to NinjaTrader and the strategy will read those and apply any that match it.
