Mechanics of swing low

If I have the strength set to 2 as below, I was assuming it has to be lower than the 2 bars to the left and 2 bars to the right or will it still count if say its lower than the bar to the left and the bar 2 back has the same/even low?

Also when I add a -.10 after the swing code will it make the stop 10 cents below the pivot?

Correct zach it would keep with this value until a new swing low per the strength definition is defined.

I think you would want to use the SwingLow method though for your price based value, as other you would get the # of bars ago returned that the Swing low instance was found, which is not what you seek here.
