Problems with DrawText()

I'm trying to draw text using DrawText() wiht its parameters but I can't get it. Could anyone show me an example with all the parameters, please?

DrawText(string tag, bool autoScale, string text, int barsAgo, double y, int yPixelOffset, Color textColor, Font font, StringAlignment alignment, Color outlineColor, Color areaColor, int areaOpacity)

An example would be the following:

DrawText("textTag1", true, "Hello World!", 0, Close[0], 4, Color.Black, new Font("Arial", 12), StringAlignment.Center, Color.Black, Color.Transparent, 10);
