This is going to be because your "StrategyPlot" is going to be plotting a value every 5 minutes for the 30 minutes and the 60 minute bars so you will see a plateau effect since the plots are going to have more points in-between them. (30 minute time frame is going to have 6 plots, which 5 of them are going to have the same value and in the 60 minute time frame there is going to 12 plots).
If you check the values of them they are going to be the same but since they have more plot points in them they will look a bit different.
