When exporting the alert window contents to excel the time column does not include the seconds digits is it possible to change this.

The underlying value is exported, however your excel cell format may be changing this value.
To correct this, please right click on your Time column in excel--> select "Format cells", and change the Number category to Custom and add seconds to the type:
