New window or tab in Control center

Hello,

I would like to create an "Indicator" but it is not a typical indicator in chart, let's say it is more like tools or utility. And here is my question, I do not need a Chart for it but just an access to data, and I would like to present the data a certain way in a special window or maybe a new tab in Control center. So is there a way to do this expecting to program it as an indicator and the open a now from? (Which means to open a chart and the choose an indicator and that is unwanted)
