Can anyone recommend a NinjaTrader coder?

I have a strategy that needs some work done on it. I have been working with a coder for the last 2 months but hes been terrible, bad communication and no working code.

So I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good coder, I am looking for the work to be done ASAP as I have wasted the last 2 months with the first guy.
