Hi,

The following questions assume multi-instrument case only, i.e. when there are multiple symbols in a strategy.

1. What is the best way to determine session start/end times for a given instrument?

2. Can I assign each instrument its own session template? It appears that MasterInstrument.Session.TemplateName property of a particular instrument cannot be set via data series properties, so may be it is possible to set it via the code?

Thank you for posting.

You can determine the session template start and end by going to Tools > Session Manager and select which session you would like to view.

You would not be able to set the session template for the instrument via code but you can go into the Instrument Manager and change the default session template that the instrument uses.
