How to disable compilation sound?

How can I disable compilation sound in script editor, the one that is triggered after pressing F5?

While there isn't a built in way to remove the sound you could manually remove it from the directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\sounds
It's called CompiledSuccessful.wav
If you remove the file you will get a log error message in the control center but nothing that should cause any problems.
If you wanted to silence the sound you could change the .wav file to a custom wav file.

Sound files

I have been deleting sound files from the directory mentioned because when i connect to TWS I get a very annoying periodic sound coming from NT. As soon as I restart NT the sound files are back in the folder. How can I permanently delete these files? I connected to another TWS account and these sporadic alarm noises did not happen. To disabled sounds:
Click Tools -> Options... -> uncheck any sounds you don't want to hear from the Sounds: list.
For example uncheck the Connected and/or ConnectionLost sounds.
