Drawing Fibonacci Objects from Custom Templates

Hi,

When calling for drawing a Fib object such as DrawRetracement inside an indicator, the NT would by default use the default template for Fib retracement. Is it possible in the code to call for drawing a certain custom retracement template?

I know I can draw custom lines or have the indicator to draw the default retracement template first then I go into parameters and change it to my desired template. This is not the answer I am looking for.

It is not possible to call a specific template for the Fibonacci Tools in NinjaScript. However, this is a great suggestion. I will forward this to our development team.

Thank Patrick, such an improvement will be great for all drawing tools with a template.

Currently, it is a real inconvenience to change from default template to a custom template,especially using the only click method available to highlight the anchor on thightly printed bars before getting to the properties .

Is there another method for changing templates (i.e. from menu) for fibs that are already on a chart?

Custom Fibonacci template file

Where do I find the custom template Fibonacci file....I have a backup of Ninja and my current template file is corrupted?

Thank you for the question.

The templates for the Fibonacci tools are located in the UI.xml file which is in the folder: Documents\NinjaTrader 7

Unlike other templates these are all stored together in this file.
