Drawtext Right of newest bar

In 6.5.0.5, I could draw text to the right of the newest bar by using a negative bar index. In 6.5.0.9, negative bar index with DrawText is no longer supported. How do I draw text to the right of the newest bar in 6.5.0.9?

I think it is a very common practice to write text or draw to the right of the newest bar. I can't believe that I am the only person who would want this feature, especially since it is currently available in your current production version. this is such a basic feature. I suspect you will get many customers complaining about this, once their indicators stop working upon moving to your next production version.

This is supported if you have NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.6 installed.

If this is supported in 6.5.1000.6, please specify the syntax of the DrawText() method. The last time I remember trying a negative bar index to try and write to the right of bar0, it crashed NT.

My apologies for the confusion. This is only supported upon manually appling drawing objects in your chart. It is not supported with NinjaScript.

I have only been using NS for 2 weeks now so if this seems a bit Heath Robinson I apologise but it works for me ...

DrawText("tag", false, "      "+ mystr, 0, Close[0],Color.Blue, txtFont,StringAlignment.Near, Color.Transparent, Color.Transparent, 50)

The chart doesn't seem to mind blank spaces which effectively "pushes" text to the right of the current bar ( still want to say TS "lastbaronchart").
