Highest High price from date time not barsago

Please help me how can i get Highest high and Lowest low price from date time.
exampe: highest high from 2013.07.11 10:23:00 to current time.

MAX(High, CurrentBar - Bars.GetBar(new DateTime(2013, 07, 11, 10, 23, 0)))[0]

Print ("Max high: "+MAX(High, CurrentBar - Bars.GetBar(new DateTime(2013, 07, 11, 10, 23, 0)))[0]);

But I got Today /2013.07.12/ high price. Not from 2013.07.11 10:23
In EURUSD I should get 1,3121 but I got 1,3099..
