NinjaScript continuation character?

I cannot find any NinjaScript documentation regarding a continuation character.
An underscore character did not work but a minus character did. Am I ok with that [ie] worries me that it could cause me grief even though it compiled ok.

I think I understand now why I concluded a minus sign worked [and was required] when I think about the sequence of steps I took to arrive at that false conclusion.
