Cannot route order

    Cannot route order

    I have the same strategy with differents products: FESX and FGBL (Eurex futures). With FGBL no problem but with FESX my strategy display the message "Cannot route the order at this time affected Order" every time that it send a buy/sell order. My broker is CQG.

    soyjesus, if you would place for example a live limit order off the market (just to test, so it does not execute) - would it be accepted normally and then shown working?

    Would you mind contacting us via Help >> Mail to Support so we could check into your logs?

      If I try with limit order (SuperDom, for example) it is executed correctly. The problem only occur with the strategy. I'll contact you by email.

        Ok, will check into - are you perhaps using different TIF settings then for both orders, so from manual and your automated strategy? On CQG and Eurex you should route them with 'DAY'.
