DrawText on wrong bars

The code below works but is not accurate. If all the conditions are true, the number '9' should be drawn above the High[0] but what happens is the 9 is drawn 1 period early.
The drawing of the bar gold is working correctly it seems.

Can someone tell me what is causing this? I can't figure it out

doh, the syntax for DrawText was misinterpreted.
DrawText(....,"8",1...);

I thought the 1 meant autoscale, my bad.

Problem solved.
