PrintWithTimeStamp question

I working with a strategy someone else wrote. The code below doesn't seem to be working. But, I was told it's going to the output window. Where is that? And how can I view it?

What I'd like to do is have this print directly on the chart. How can I do that? What would be the way to rewrite this so that it writes someting like 20 ticks below the low of the bar?


PrintWithTimeStamp("previousPrice = "+previousPrice);
PrintWithTimeStamp("newPrice = "+previousPrice);

You use DrawText() to write text on the chart.
