    Hello there Ninjafriends
    I am disconnected quite frequently from the ninjatrader and I am wondering why?
    I have more than one workspace open and am wondering weather it could be to "heavy" ?Does anyone know? I have no other issues with my computer when being online

    Lucci, which broker or datafeed are you using here as this occurs? Would you mind contacting us via Help >> Mail to Support so we could review your diagnostic trace and logs files for insight from the application?

      Hello I am in sim mode, using kinetick realtime data som I am currently not using a broker
      the disconnection is there though?

        Thanks, yes a connection lost event could unfortunately then still happen as you're technically also connected to a server for getting the data streamed in. Best would if you can send us your logs so we can review, oftentimes though we see temporary ISP stability issues are sources for those disconnects.

          I tried mailing you twice to support but am disconnected...I will turn down ninjatrader and restart then mail you again

            Hello again, it still does not work sending my inquiry to support through the help menu. It says "it is taking to long" to send the email hence it fails.
            is there some other way?

              Sure lucci, in this case please a regular email to us at support at ninjatrader dot com.

              To this email attach the needed txt files from today manually, they can be found in the

              Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > log + trace folders.

              Just attach the files with today's date in their name for review.
