Database incomplete

I opened a new chart this morning at 07:19 for CL 03-13,with the session template set to 24/7. The chart data ends at 17:38 for yesterday and picks up again at the time I opened the chart (07:19). I also checked to see that the "End Date" for the data is set to today's date.

Why is it skipping the earlier morning's data and how do I correct this? This is a problem, as this missing data skews the longer SMA that I use.

Thanks, can you please try restarting / reconnecting your platform now and reload the data on the CL chart?
