Calculating Bar Count

I am not exactly sure how to best word this question:

Basically I am trying to figure out if it is possible to program the total number of bars since the start of a new trend or anything other than your last trade entry/exit. I have attached a screenshot to help display what I mean.

I am just trying to figure out and plot how many bars have passed since X.
Or better yet, if X number of bars have closed since crossover, trigger, break, etc..

Yes you can do it by further custom coding it. Say you are identifying the down trend using the SMA indicator, then you can count the bar as

//in variable
int downBar = -1;


//in OnBarUpdate
if (FirstTickOfBar)
{
	if (SMA(14)[0] < SMA(14)[1])
	{
		downBar++;
	}
	else {downBar = -1;}
}
