Can Ninjatrader provide the Alpha, Beta and Sharpe of a trading strategy relative to another stock/index? If not, do you know if a third party has an add in?

Unfortunately there are no native way to do it. I am not aware of any 3rd party codes in similar lines.

You can however build your own custom codes to it.
